Contact

Reach the people who build ONEDiary.

The official Google Play listing is the current support and publisher-information route for ONEDiary. It keeps contact details current while letting you decide exactly what diagnostic information you share.

App support

Open the official Google Play listing and use the support route shown there for product and account questions. Helpful details include your Android version, ONEDiary app version, the screen or feature involved, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the issue concerns synchronization, say whether Google sign-in, Data sync, or Offline mode was enabled on each device. Screenshots are welcome when they do not contain private diary material.

Do not share diary text, private photos, passwords, payment card numbers, authentication codes, or other sensitive information. The support team can begin with a description and ask for a narrower diagnostic detail if it is genuinely necessary. Billing questions should include the purchase date and Google Play order identifier, but never a full payment method number.

Privacy and data requests

Questions about access, synchronization, AI permissions, account deletion, or the handling of personal data can use the official support route on Google Play. Identify the request clearly and use the Google account associated with ONEDiary when account verification is necessary. The official privacy policy remains the authoritative source for legal terms, covered data, service providers, retention, and available rights.
